The Blue Ox Patriot Braking System gives you all the comfort needed for when you're braking your tow vehicle. Not only is it convenient and easy to install and stow, but it also proportionally applies the brakes when you are slowing down to a stop, instead of suddenly jolting your tow vehicle causing costly damage to your brakes. Just set the Patriot on the floor of your towed vehicle, with the extra large push pad up against the driver's seat, hook the braking arm clamp onto the brake pedal, and plug the power cord into a 12V outlet. All electric; no compressor, vacuum pump, tank or air hoses. In-coach controller comes complete with a manual brake lever, easy-to-read LED display, and gain adjustment. On the Patriot itself, there is an easy one-push set up button, a break-away plugin, manual sensitivity adjustment, on-off switch and an auxillary 12V receptacle. One year manufacturer warranty.
